The childhood fear of monsters under the bed has grown into something more frightening. The main fear concerns the so-called "Last Days" of humanity, as if people are punished by fate to live out their short lives until they die.
+People looked for consolation wherever they could. Both in ancient times, beginning with cavemen, and in the New World, the answer to their suffering was obvious: superstition, religion and faith.
